Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the Wellington application, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the application.

Service Description

Wellington is a mobile application offering an AI-based conversational companion designed to provide a space for listening, conversation and non-professional emotional support.

⚠️ Important Notice — Mental Health

Wellington is NOT a mental health service, a medical device, or a substitute for therapy or professional psychological support. AI-generated responses do not constitute medical, psychiatric or psychological advice. If you are experiencing a crisis, suicidal thoughts or a medical emergency, immediately contact a healthcare professional or emergency services.

Access Conditions

• —Minimum age: you must be at least 16 years old to use Wellington. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
• —Account: you are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity carried out from your account.
• —Availability: we strive to maintain service continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Prohibited Uses

It is prohibited to use Wellington to:

• —Harass, threaten or harm others.
• —Generate or share illegal, hateful or pornographic content.
• —Circumvent security systems or attempt to access other users' data.
• —Use the application for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.
• —Submit false or misleading information.

Premium Subscription

• —Billing: the Premium subscription is billed monthly via the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store.
• —Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• —Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period.
• —No refunds: in accordance with store policies, in-app purchases are non-refundable, except as provided by Apple's or Google's own policies.

Intellectual Property

The Wellington application, its design, code, content and all elements are the exclusive property of Billy GIRBOUX. Any reproduction or use without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Wellington is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or harm resulting from use or inability to use the application. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in case of breach of these terms, without notice or refund. You may delete your account at any time from the application settings.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified within the application. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
